What is a Life Coach?

A life coach is someone who helps you to determine your goals and priorities in life and help you create a plan to achieve them. They act as a bridge between intention, and action and can help with goals both small and large.

Most life coaches can cover a wide variety of subjects such as business and career advancement, relationships, health and wellness, some will even specialize in one area. If there is something you want to change in your life, there is a coach that can help. A good life coach will have both the desire and training to help you reach your greatest potential.

My Methods.

I recognize that each person is an individual and has their own unique set of needs and learning styles. For that reason I do not have "cookie cutter" programs. Every interaction I have with a coachee is part of a deeper, collaborative relationship where both the coach and coachee are equals.

It is safe to say that I take the "teach a man to fish" approach. This means that my goal is not to keep you as a client forever. My goal is to give you the tools and perspective that you need in order to tackle your dreams on your own. We will split your larger goals into smaller, bite sized chunks and add a layer of accountability to make sure that we are staying on track and accomplishing something Every. Single. Session.

What to Expect.

Life coaching is only as effective as your willingness to do the work. Depending on what you want to achieve or overcome, it may be difficult and it may take some time so be sure to show up to do the work. Muscles get sore after an intense workout, but it means the muscles are getting stronger. Likewise in life coaching, you will gain only as much as you put in.

Where do I Specialize?

Since I have custom-built sessions, I can cover a wide variety of topics. However, some of the strengths I have directly coincide with my own experiences in life.

I tend to work with young adults and Millennials who:

- Want to become healthier (Mentally, emotionally or physically).

- Need to develop better habits.

- Want to make a pivot and change professions.

- Need to make a positive life-shift.

- Have been climbing the corporate ladder and are still not happy.

Where do I Coach?

I am based in Colorado, and will meet for in-person coaching in the Denver/Boulder area. If you are out of state, or out of the country I am happy to arrange phone or video coaching.
